The series of machine are the integrated rinsing, filling and capping machine, suitable for filling various PET bottled carbonated beverages.
1. Bottles are transported with neck clipped in the filling monoblock, which features1Bottles with same and nearly same diameter can be changed easily with no need to adjust equipments. Even when bottles change a bit in diameter, you only need quite short time to change starwheels of bottle-block parts. This improvement helps the customer to ease operation and save time.2Be able to avoid second pollution from rubber clamp.
2. Bottle infeed by combination of infeed screw and infeed starwheel. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
3. The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
4. Adopt ring cylinder and equip CIP(SIP) cycling channel; high accurate and speed level favles are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
5. Use ZALKIN capping technology and magnetic contortion variation device to ensure stable and reliable capping quality which is suitable to high speed production line.
6. The height of bottle outfeeding conveyor does not need to be adjusted when changing bottle shape.
